Hello WTPL family,
This letter is to inform all of what has
happened from last season and what to expect
for the next season.
Last season we reverted to the old way of
scheduling due to some technical difficulties
with Gotsoccer. I thank everyone for being
patient with the problems and am in high hopes
that the worst is behind us. With that said,
I believe we are set to try the scheduling
from Gotsoccer again. Anna has or will be
sending out instruction for getting everyone
set. Please do as instructed by the deadline
so we will have schedules to handout at the
General meeting in February. At that time we
will give you time to setup some non-standing
games to fill in the holes for traveling
teams.
There is a group of volunteers that have been
working very hard to update WTPL’s bylaws. You
will be directed shortly where to view these
updates. Please review prior to the General
meeting for we will be voting on the updates.
I have created a nominating committee for
election of officers. After all our old
business has been concluded, we will hold
elections. The nominating committee will be
contacting some of you to run for office. If
anyone has a desire to run for office, please
contact Daniel Powell at (dpowell1734@
yahoo.com). We must fill the Director and
newly created Treasurers post. Mack Helbert
will remain as Deputy Director for one more
year.
I have enjoyed working with everyone and hope
for the continued success of WTPL.

Your WTPL By-Law and Rules Committee has been
working hard to update the WTPL By-Laws.
This Committee has been meeting since October
to make your League better.
This serves as your notice that we have made
our recommendations and you will be asked to
vote on the proposed updates at the spring
scheduling meeting.
