Referee fees are the responsibility of the home team (there
will be no fee splitting)
2.
Fees must be presented to the referee before
the start of the match (in cash)
3.
Both teams must present a copy of signed roster to the
referee prior to the start of the match (jersey # must match
roster)
4.
All cards must be reported on both game sheets (teams
responsibility)
5.
Both teams must have the referee sign their game sheets
(win or lose)
